We provide domestic and commercial garden maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Lawn mowing and strimming
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Pruning and plant care
- Garden tidy ups and clearances
- Commercial grounds maintenance
- Regular ongoing garden maintenance
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the time of year, weather conditions, and the specific requirements of each property.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are free and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the scope of work, access requirements, and any additional services requested.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual work required differs significantly from the original quote.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
We offer flexible scheduling to suit your needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at the earliest convenience.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. For regular maintenance contracts, invoices are typically issued monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
6. Insurance
South Coast Garden Maintenance is fully insured with public liability insurance. Details of our insurance cover are available upon request.
7. Liability
While we take every care to carry out work to a high standard, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to plants, structures, or property that is not reported before work begins
- Damage caused by adverse weather conditions following our visit
- The natural decline of plants or lawns due to disease, pests, or environmental factors beyond our control
Any concerns about work carried out should be raised within 48 hours of the service being completed.
